My Little SweetHeart!

To my little Riggs. You are the happiest, smiliest, best baby ever!! And make my life so wonderful. I love waking up and seeing your ear to ear smile. I have a feeling that when you get a little older, you will give me a run for my money! You like to be sitting up and right in the middle of everything. Big brother Teague is your favorite person to watch. You are going to be very tough thanks to big brother. You squint, and cringe when he come too close to you. You know what's coming, but still have a huge smile! I know you can't wait until you are able to keep up with him and play with your special brother. But PLEASE quit growing so fast!! I am begging you!! I love your little personality coming to life, but it makes me cry to think of how fast the time has already gone by! 4 months, honestly.....but I can't imagine what life was like without you. OH HOW I DO LOVE YOU!!

My mom, Jerica, and I helped with the Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Pocatello. This was at the benefit concert. Look close there is Jillian(From the bachelorette) .... It was such a neat experience to be able to be apart of! We worked our tails off. Our feet hurt so bad by the time we worked a 10 hour day! We were fortunate enough to work the last day so we got to help with the fun decorating and putting stuff away!! We were even waiting on the side of the house when the family pulled up! We worked side by side with Paulie. Who is so hilarioius by the way! I filmed 6 different segments with Paulie. One time my sister, mom and I filmed with Paulie and Jillian Harris it was prett cool! I was totally unimpressed with her!! She was so hoity toity, and wouldn't even awckowledge that we were there! I know we are nobodys, but she didn't even crack a smile. I was a little bummed to see first hand how they film things. It really isn't so candid like you would think. They do take after take and are told what to say and do. But so awesome to be apart of for such a deserving family.

Went to the mountains to eat foil dinners. Enjoyed relaxing and sitting on dad's lap.

Riggs was always so content being outdoors and breathing fresh mountain air.

June Happenings

Here are a few of the things we enjoyed doing in June.........

Went bowling with some great friends

Tim & Lindsi

Turned into cosmic bowling..Teague & Deegan loved it! Surprised there weren't any bowling balls broken from being thrown down the lanes. Teague loved that he set off the buzzer when he crossed the line. The night was also spent chasing those two hoodlums down the lane, they thought it was fun to run after the ball. (Sigh) Also glad there were no broken toes.

Paxton and Riggins hanging out. They are going to be best friends too. (2- 1/2 mo apart)

*June 2nd got my gal bladder out. No fun,glad it's out! But still not 100% better. I'm worried, and hopping something else isn't wrong.

*Kyle and I also celebrated our 5th anniversary on June 18th. Can't believe it has been FIVE years. I love being married to my best friend. We spent the day in Idaho Falls as a family, where we went to Olive Garden for lunch (my request) the zoo with Jere and Kelsie, and shopping for each other gifts. Then tried to camp out in the back yard.

*Last but not lest started potty training Teague....(another sigh) He caught on really, really well. I am so proud. We have just really struggled getting #2 in the potty. The trick with #1 is just letting him go outside when were at home. Works wonders, and he loves it! Some may not think its ok, but I don't care works for me!!! Kyle came out of the bathroom from helping him and said, "He got 95% in the toilet." That is the story of my life latley!!

Graduates

Gavin and Brandon graduated in May. I am still in denial, a
and cannot believe that they have grown up so much!! They will both be very successful in life.


Gavin is my favorite brother! (even if he is the only one) He can make you smile no matter what. He loves to tease so the more you squeal, the more fun he has. It is a guarantee laugh whenever you're with him. He has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone! But most of all has the biggest soft spot for his niece and nephews!! Love you Gav.

Brandon is so quick witted it's scary!! And too smart for his own good! He is such a strong person, and a ton of fun to be around. He was only 12 when I met him, I can't believe how much he has changed and grown. He loves his family, and always puts them first! Love you Brandon

Catching Up

I know I'm horrible, but I have set a goal and I'm going to get this blog updated. I really want to make a book out of it. So I best start putting this on my priority list!

Lets say we rewind time back to about MAY!! YIKES! We went to Boise for Kyles brother Bret and Trish's wedding! It was freezing cold! It rained pretty much the whole weekend, and during the wedding ceremony it was snowing like crazy. They had planned for it to be outside, and stuck with those plans so everyone froze! I sat in the car with Riggins during the ceremony, I wasn't about to get a 3 week old baby out in that! But we bundled Teague up in his warm clothes, his coat, and Grandpa Peterson's hunting coat! I think Teague was the only one enjoying the weather, he didn't want to get back in the truck after.

We had a great weekend in Boise hanging out with family, swimming, shopping, and of course when your with the Petersons 2 really LONG stops at Cabela's. The kids did great and Riggs was a trooper the whole weeked!
