DNCFR~EASTER~POPSICLES

I have been so busy running around chasing after my little guy that I havent posted all the fun we had a few weeks ago! I thought about it but didn't make the time to sit down and do it. We were lucky enough to go the the DNCFR the Saturday before Easter. In case you don't know, Dodge National Circuit Fianls Rodoe. This is the 5th year in a row that we have gone! It has become a tradtition, and one of my favorites!! I love rodeos! Teague had such a good time as well. The only animal noise Teague makes is a cow. He thinks that every animal moo's. But it was so funny because he just sat and mooed and pointed at all the cows and horses. He even followed all the action that was going on! He ended up falling asleep for a few minutes, then was back at it. He did so good, and was content with just sitting there and watching the rodeo. It worked out good that we were really close, so he could see the cows and horses really well. Can't wait for the county rodeo's this summer!!!

EASTER

We had a great Easter spent with family. Not only did we have fun on Easter Egg Hunts, but took time to reflect on the Savior and his life. I love the Savior and am so grateful for the resurrection and also for the atonement!

POPSICLES

We enjoyed the nice weather we were having, and soaked up as much sun as we could. Sunshine goes hand in hand with popsicles, and so Teague got to enjoy his first one. He even got to eat it all by himself. Good thing we were outside because boy did he make a mess. It wasn't easy but I let him have at it. He absolutley loved it, and kept saying Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmmmm. Hopefully the sun and nice weather will come back, and maybe even to stay for a while. Cross your fingers.

Happy Birthday to Teague!!

Teague is now officially 1 year old!! It breaks my heart how fast he has grown!! His birthday was Thursday, April 2nd, but we celebrated it on Saturday. We had a lot of fun, although the Birthday Boy was a bit grouchy! He wasn't really into opening the presents, I don't think he quite gets it. I was so excited to see what he would do with his cake. And to my dismay all he wanted was the cows off of it and play with them.(I knew I shouldn't have put them on it!!) He LOVES cows! He didn't like the frosting on his hands either! Guess I should have let him practice!! ;) He got some great gifts!! Although Uncle Nate & Aunt Jerica might have won the prize with a Red Ryder!! Its a little kids BB Gun. I think Gavin and Kyle had so much fun with it shooting pine cones off my parents balcony!! Poor Teague the gun will be well used by the time he's old enough to understand what it is!! Can't believe a year has gone by already!! He is now walking everywhere!! It was funny cuz I told him that if he wasn't officially walking and I mean more than a few steps at a time, he wasn't going to have a party!! ahahah so guess what he was doing like 3 days before his b-day!! He wanted a party!! He is everywhere now, and getting braver by the day!! He also has his top 2 teeth in!! I love him so much and am so thankful to have him in our family! I don't know what I would do without him. And I wonder what I used to do with my time!!
